Cancellation Policy
BOOKING + CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because last-minute openings can be difficult to fill, the following policies apply to all appointments:
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment are subject to 90% of the scheduled service total.
• Same-day cancellations and no-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
• Late arrivals are subject to a $1-per-minute late fee. Appointments will still end at the originally scheduled time to avoid impacting the next guest.
• Gift certificates have no cash value and are subject to the same cancellation, late-arrival, and no-show policies.
