Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
When you book, you are paying for a space in my schedule that cannot be replaced last minute.
•Deposits are non-refundable for any reason.
•Cancellations within 48 hours of your
appointment will be charged 90% of the scheduled service total.
• Same day cancellations, No-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment.
• Late arrivals are subject to a $1 per minute late fee, and your appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time.
•All policies apply to gift certificates as well. Gift certificates hold no cash value and are subject to the same cancellation, late, and no-show terms.
By booking, you acknowledge and agree that my time is valuable and that appointment slots are paid time blocks in my schedule.
